Great Expectations

A sketch I did in my Molskine, I've always wanted to illustrate a Love story, and Decided to try Great Expectations. Estella is so cold to Pip and yet he loves her. The idea of a girl born to be a heartbreaker is so intriguing. I'm going to try and finish this sometime in the coming week.

Love the expressions here! You captured my sense of the story exactly, I could NOT have done anything near as good as this. Wonderful picture. My old computer died and it took a bit to find your blog again! Phew!
